  • Assessed all first through third grade camper portfolios and devised individual program for each camper, taking into consideration various learning and developmental disabilities as well as children’s desires and parental  requests.                         
  • Trained all counselors in camp policies and expectations, and provided supervision, behavior modification techniques, and mentoring throughout the season.
